Hey Abner - Tree House & Terrace

Hey Abner,
This was inspired by a recent comment you made about "public exposure". My daughter Sarah is going to Stanford in the fall, so we are going through the entire slave grading process in order to secure the loans and financial aid. My wife Rebecca has been having her practice her slave block moves and slave yoga in the backyard, since she says that Sarah needs to get used to to being out in the open and doing it in your bedroom doesn't prepare you for the block. My wife has even had me build a little wooden platform with some steps and sprinkled some sand on it so Sarah can get a realistic experience. Sarah looked pretty pissed off helping me built that, but that's another story.
Anyway, things came to a head a few days ago when a branch broke on my neighbor's treehouse across the way. Apparently it was overcrowded. Fortunately, the treehouse didn't slide out of the damn tree, and our neighbor quickly extended a steel beam from the new two story porch he started building a few weeks ago to support the treehouse. Rachel and I say it's problem solved, and it isn't even our problem, but now Sarah REALLY complains about doing her block moves in the backyard. It's not all bad, as it's given my wife a chance to give her sassy butt a few flicks with the whip, which is good experience for the slave market. Plus my wife gets to watch my neighbor finish his patio while she trains Sarah, as she has a pretty good view of the treehouse and the patio from the "auction block". He's a pretty talented craftsman, and he is working on that patio 24/7!
Sarah got pissed because now they have a lemonade stand in the backyard and they put up a sign charging a $5 CLUBHOUSE FEE. Our neighbor's are quite the little entrepreneurs, but it's summer so what's the harm if they want to play in their clubhouse? I know that what we do in our yard is our business, and our fence is plenty high for the ordinance about being naked in your backyard. I'm wondering if you have any experience with this sort of thing, or any advice to give?
Summer Sunshine!
