Story Idea: Fallout

Bit of an out there idea, but what would a slavery world version of Fallout look like? The combination of post apocalyptic setting and weird technology seems like it could inspire some great stories. For example, a naive, nubile vault dweller walks into town with little understanding of the new world, gets in trouble and winds up graded, sold and branded. Thoughts?
