Very reminiscent of Joe Doe's, " Self Slave Grading Do's & Don'ts" story with several similarities.

I enjoyed the story and hope the author might consider taking this further by following an experience of what one person might have experienced in more detail from start to finish as part of the interview process. The author has already set the stage for it, so a continuation would be a natural next chapter.
