Heartland (Revised) Epilogue

2014 EPILOGUE (Finally)

A week later Mr. McTavish knew something had to be done. He had been in touch with Val Stanton, who was a friend of the Bartletts, on other business and asked about Jack Bartlett and Tim Fleming who were Amy’s Grandfather and Father without mentioning thar she had been a slave at his farm. She told him about the family and when questioned why he was asking he could truthfully say Amy had helped him with his horses.
Val’s response was, “Well from what the gossip has been and what I have seen for myself she’s on the road to slavery, if she isn’t one already, she probably ready to be put on the block.”
Mr. McTavish decided to consult a lawyer, bringing him to the ranch to inspect Amy. She gave him a blowjob in greeting and as she kneeled by her master’s side, the lawyer explained the options. “Normally one either has the slave sign enslavement papers making her your slave, or you sell her at auction.”
“I had promised her I would release her, and I keep my word. But I am worried about her mental state. What about Protective Enslavement?”
“That’s normally only granted to parents or close family members.”
“I have heard of something called Free in Name Only; how does it work?”
“Yes, they are referred to FINO’s, the woman is a slave for a set period, anywhere from a weekend to five years. But the slavery is mostly meant to be in private, in public she can wear clothes and is not required to wear a collar. It can be a “part time” slavery if that is how they Master and slave want it. Unfortunately, it only available in Texas, but Slave Treaties uphold slave contracts made in other jurisdictions, except where some practices are prohibited by law.”
It was a couple of days before Mr. McTavish felt that Amy was ready to return home, however the quick return to Heartland was disorienting for Amy, she had let herself be slave trained, graded, and slipped back into thinking like a slave. She didn’t know how to act.
Being back with the horses helped, but she would keep thinking about going back to Mr. McTavish and be his slave again. But that wasn’t her only problem. Too many people knew about her having been a slave, and some even assumed she was a slave and complained that she wasn’t naked or collared. It was starting to seem she could no longer escape slavery.
After a couple of months away she went back to Mr. McTavish and as she served him as a slave they both agreed that a FINO was the best option. But to do it they would have to go to Texas. So, a week latter Amy, Mr. McTavish, and Slave Tracy were on a plane to Dallas. Both slaves’ rode in the cabin and were dressed, but their clothes carried slave symbols and along with the collars, clearly marked them as slaves.
Mr. McTavish brought them out of the taxi and fastened chains to their collars and led both of them into Big D’s Slave Emporium. (1) When they entered, the slave receptionist greeted them, “Welcome to Big D’s, where slaves are our business and your pleasure. What can I help you with? Are you buying, selling, enslaving or looking around.”
“Actually, none of the above, can you direct me to your legal department?” She gave him directions and when they arrived Mr. McTavish told the receptionist about his appointment and they were ushered into the office of a balding, overweight man with the thick Texas drawl by the name of Adam Clayton Junior.
Mr. McTavish informed him that he wanted a Freedom in Name Only Classification Certificate for Amy. Mr. Clayton had Amy stand at Appraisal Stance, legs apart and arms on top of her head, and looked her over. He squeezed her breasts (to check for implants he said) and had her bend over to inspect her sex organs and butt hole, pushing his fingers in to check how tight they were. Then demanding Amy clean his fingers, something she was reluctant to do but obeyed after the smack from a short rubber cane.
“She’s good looking and tight, but not really obedient enough to be a good slave with out more training and discipline. Would you like to leave her with us, we have excellent training programs at reasonable prices?” Mr. McTvish declined the offer.
The lawyer brought out the required documents, Mr. McTavish read them carefully, making sure Amy was protected. Amy read them less carefully still uncertain how she felt. They both signed along with a witness and the stores on Notary stamped and signed as well. The lawyer brought out the chip reader/encoder and Amy’s slave chip now read “Protected” (2) showing she was unavailable to be enslaved by anyone else.
When they were back in the hotel room Mr. McTavish explained Amy could be his slave any time she wanted to, for as long as she wanted to. He could force her to serve but that he wouldn’t, but he might ask. If she found an owner she really wanted, he would transfer the FINO to him. Same if she wanted to get married.
Finally, Amy had to make a decision, would she stay? She realized that would put her family on the warpath. It was better for everyone, including herself if she left, and went back to her free life. It was getting easier to slip back into free life, she had switched back and forth so often it was easy to switch back and forth. She went back to Mr. McTavish a couple of times but the more she stayed free the better she could submerge her submissive feelings.
It took time but eventually she and Ty finally got their relationship working and got married. Mr. McTavish handed over control of the FINO to Ty, as well as a ring collar, a simple light metal ring that attached with magnets and looked more like jewelry than a serious slave collar.
Over time Amy became a mother as well as a wife, and when her niece Georgie came of age she shepherded her thought the slave grading and chipping system as it became a unavoidable part of becoming an adult.

THE END

You mean that’s it? Sorry but that’s as far as I can go with this version of the story. I apologize, its probably a bit of a disappointment

1) I really wanted to name this place Big G’s Slave Emporium and Storm Door Company in reference to a favorite Bob Newheart standup:
2) I know that in the Alternate version of this story I used the title “On Hold”. I am not sure which would be better but this is Texas and an alternate-alternate reality so things are little different.
